Information Exchange Prior to the Trip
Before making the decision to travel, you
may get in touch with a customer service advisor
by e-mail or by making a phone call if you
wish to ask any questions or if you have any
doubts about the information received.
The
customer service advisor will send you by
e-mail any additional information you request,
such as information about the physicians,
about the medical facilities where the treatment
will take place. This exchange of information
is completely free of charge.
Information
Exchange with the Physician
You
may also ask for advice on your particular
case. The customer service advisor will transmit
your questions to the physician and then he
or she will let you know the physician’s
answers. If you wish to receive more specific
advice, you may send pictures or previous
medical studies for the physician to analyse.
Treatment
Confirmation
Once
you have decide to proceed you will be assigned
a tentative date for the trip. The date will
be assigned according to the first date avilable
and at your convenience. Depending on the
treatment the reservations may be tentatively
reserved until partial payment is made.
Payment
In
many instances advanced payment is not required
and can be made during the consultation or
prior to traveling, however if you are purchasing
a total package deal then a payment 10% of
the total fee is required when you book.
Once the 10% payment is received, we will
confirm the date of the treatment, make the
flight and hotel reservations, and organise
airport and hotel transfers.

Mastercard, Delta, Electron (add 3.5% surcharge)
Cash
at the hospital in Euro on the day of surgery
Cheque/ Bankers Draft

Draft or Building Society Cheque in Euro's direct to the hosiptal

will send a detailed confirmation to you explaining
your full itenerary, the time of your pre
surgery consultation, any pickups or transfers
that may take place and where you will be
staying.
Final
Payment
With your confirmation we will explain when
and where to make your payment. We can send
you the corresponding invoice together with
a written agreement by mail, if needed.
During
the Trip
A
bilingual assistant from Total
Hip Replacement Surgery
will wait for you at the airport and will
take you to the hotel (fully inclusive package
only). Our chauffeur service will transfer
you between your hotel and the hospital.
After surgery and once you are safely settled
back in the comfort of your hotelTotal
Hip Replacement Surgery
will organise for our nurse to visit you and
ensure that all is in order.
Finally you will receive a post operative
consultation the stitches will be removed
(if applicable) and you will be granted a
medical authorization to return to your country.

at home
Total

have returned to your country, and will gladly
answer any questions you may have about your
recovery.
